Meet - Kelli Malcolm-McLemore

Kelli Malcolm-McLemore is the Chief Revenue Officer of E5, bringing nearly four decades of success in sales, marketing, and executive leadership across Fortune 500 and high-growth companies.  She is known for transforming organizations through strategic clarity, disciplined execution, and high-performing, people-centered teams.
 
Before joining E5, Kelli served as CRO of Technology Marketing Toolkit, a $35M global marketing agency serving more than 1,600 IT/MSP companies. She previously held senior roles including Vice President of Sales & Strategy at Valve + Meter Performance Marketing, where her leadership advanced the company from #56 to #26 on the Indiana Best Places to Work list and helped earn the 2023 Great Lakes WBC Entrepreneurial Award.  Earlier, she served as Vice President at RE/MAX Complete, leading its growth from $14M to $62M.
 
A founder at heart, Kelli co-launched The Basement—an Inc. 5000 company and national award-winning digital agency—before joining LEAP Agency (now Human/x) where she was honored in the “Salute to Suits” awards and contributed to LEAP’s recognition as a Top 4 Web Development Firm in Cincinnati.

 

Kelli has been recognized nationally, including NAPW Woman of the Year, Diversity Magazine’s Top 1000 Women-Owned Businesses, Indiana Companies to Watch, and as a TechPoint MIRA Award finalist. Her career spans leading organizations from $5M to $100M in revenue, and she has held leadership roles within NCR, AT&T, and Federal Express—with 11 President’s Club Awards, multiple Salesperson of the Year honors, and a National Sales Director of the Year award.

She holds a BSBA degree from the University of the Cumberlands and an MBA from the University of Dayton. She is StoryBrand and EOS certified, Miller-Heiman trained, and a DISC-certified instructor.

Beyond her professional work, Kelli is active in community leadership and nonprofit service, including board roles with the AAF Cincinnati, the Central Indiana Police Foundation, and the Cell Therapy Foundation. She also leads Level10, a nonprofit Bible-study ministry for high-school athletes in Indianapolis.
